      Role –Business Development Manager –

• Will report directly to MD with a dotted line to a Global Sales Director based in the US.
• Will work as part of a team including US, UK and China.
• Role is to focus almost totally on internal sales to Malaysia / Singapore.
• Must be Malaysian and Malaysian based – most likely in Penang or Johor Bahru.
• Must know the internal market. This is the key focus.
• Education. Degree / Masters. Decent background.
•  English must be excellent – first class communicator. (And of course      Bahasa Malaysia).
• Has to have experience in the EMS industry in Malaysia / Singapore.
•  Role will include a car and a housing allowance as well as the usual benefits. (i.e. 13 month etc..). A separate sales bonus is also a possibility but this needs to be determined.
• This role will get a lot of focus from TT group. It will certainly be in the spotlight.
