For the past 2 months, I have briefly shared in my articles about each process in CMS. I hope you have gained some understanding about CMS and most importantly learnt some tips on how to successfully market your career. For sure, I will continue to share more in my future articles and we can continue to learn from each others experience and sharing through your comments.

As a continuous effort of learning, today, I’m creating a new category for our discussion and to share about self development.

If you can recall in the CMS model, I have never mentioned about self development in any part of the model. By creating this new category in my blog it does not mean I’m not aligned or deviate from the model of CMS, but ironically, even though self development is not part of the model, its success will depends on your self development.

So why self development is so important in CMS?

Let me explain by defining what self development is? Self development is actually a Self Continuous Learning to motivate you to become a better person. It is all about you!!! It is about how you want to develop yourself in whatever way you want by yourself. You can develop yourself by reading books, by attending talks or courses, by reading and leaving comments in blogs or forum and etc. You can also developed yourself by making a change in your lifestyle or rather get out from your comfort zone

However in the context of CMS, specifically you want to develop yourself to become a better career marketer for yourself. Hence in the following article tomorrow, I’ll be sharing some tips on some proven methods to start developing yourself.
