Ideal job – a standard (job) that seems perfect, and worth trying to achieve or obtain.

Suitable job – an appropriate job (for) a particular or specific degree or qualification(s)

Sorry, but I do think that you are not in a position; that have ample experience(s) of ‘advising’ graduates on how to seek the greener pastures in their life.

Ideal job – a job that meets your needs, wish, etc – e.g. if you have a degree in engineering but become a pilot.

Suitable job – a job that meets your qualification – e.g. if you have a degree in engineering, must be an engineer.

So, the definition of ideal & suitable job is not necessary the same for all.
